Cash Pay
And by cash we mean credit or debit card, cryptocurrency, or ACH. Upon filling out the initial intake form, you can notify us if you plan to use your insurance or not. Also, if you do not have insurance or we are not partnered yet with your insurance - we can establish you on a cash pay basis.
